The Illinois Science Assessment (ISA) is a new state assessment developed to comply with federal testing requirements. The assessment is aligned to the Illinois Learning Standards for Science incorporating the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS).

Update on Illinois Science Assessment (ISA) scores from Spring 2016:
"Budgetary uncertainty at the state level delayed the start of the scoring process for ISA, but the scoring process is now underway. ISBE expects schools to have spring 2016 assessment results in summer 2017."
